PRIVATE ENTERPRISE “-INTERTRANS-”, represented by Director Dotsenko Oleksiy Viktorovych, acting under the Charter (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), in accordance with Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, offers an unlimited group of persons (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) to conclude a Public Offer Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) for the purchase of bus transport tickets under the following terms.
Baggage – cargo permitted for transport by bus, with dimensions and weight as specified in this Agreement.
Ticket (Electronic Ticket) – a visual form of an electronic travel document of an approved format containing necessary information about the transport service. It constitutes a transport contract between the Carrier and the Passenger and grants the Passenger the right to receive bus transport services exclusively for the trip indicated on the ticket, which is sent to the email address provided during booking or issued to the Buyer by other means. The ticket number serves as the number of the Public Offer Agreement and the Passenger Transport Agreement. The Ticket is a named document for bus travel and cannot be transferred to another person. The Ticket also serves as confirmation of the insurance contract. The Ticket is valid from the moment of payment and remains valid until the date and time of actual arrival at the destination indicated on it.
Buyer – a person who purchases and pays for the Ticket on behalf of the Passenger.
Passenger – an individual who holds a ticket issued in their name and intends to use or has used the transport services provided by the Carrier.
Payer – an individual, legal entity, or sole proprietor who makes payment for the service on behalf of the Passenger.
Carrier – a business entity holding the appropriate license to carry out passenger transportation.
Service – a set of paid services that the Passenger may receive under the terms, manner, and procedure stipulated by this Agreement.
Transport Rules – the rules for passenger transportation by the Carrier’s buses, published on the Carrier’s website and in this Agreement, which define the procedure for transporting passengers and their baggage and are binding on both the Carrier and Passengers.
Under this Agreement, the Seller undertakes to sell, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for a Ticket for passenger and baggage transportation services via bus routes in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the laws of Ukraine.
This Agreement is concluded by scanning a QR code displayed inside the Carrier’s bus or sent to the Buyer via electronic communication or messaging apps using a mobile device camera, followed by the Buyer completing an electronic form (questionnaire) specifying trip details (date, time, route, fare, and Carrier information) and providing Passenger details (full name, phone number, email address). The Agreement is deemed concluded at the moment the “Buy/Pay” button is clicked in the QR code payment section.
The Buyer may act under this Agreement either in their own name and interest and/or on behalf of and for the benefit of a third party. In such a case, the Buyer acts solely within the scope of authority granted by the third party.
Ticket sales to the Buyer are conducted exclusively under the terms of this Agreement and only upon the Buyer’s full and unconditional acceptance of its terms (offer acceptance) and subsequent communication of these terms to the Passenger.
The Buyer and Passenger have the right to:
The Buyer undertakes to:
The Seller has the right to:
The Seller undertakes to:
To purchase and issue a Ticket, the following information must be provided: Passenger’s first and last name, date of birth, valid email address, and phone number. The Buyer must verify this information before confirmation. The Buyer bears the risk of providing incorrect information. Upon receiving the Ticket, the Buyer/Passenger must immediately recheck the accuracy of the information and ensure the ticket price matches the amount paid. Claims submitted later will not be accepted.
The Buyer/Passenger must review the terms of this offer agreement before making payment.
If the Buyer is not the Passenger, by making payment, the Buyer confirms they are authorized by the Passenger (on whose behalf payment is made) and undertakes to inform the Passenger of the terms of this Agreement and other necessary information for using the transport service.
After the Buyer completes and pays for the Ticket, the electronic ticketing system generates the Ticket and sends it to the Buyer’s email address.
By purchasing or reserving a Ticket and related services, the Buyer confirms they have read and unconditionally accept the terms of this Offer Agreement and undertake to comply with them. This acceptance and obligation extend to any persons for whom Tickets were purchased.
Fares are dynamic and may vary depending on seat availability, purchase date and time, seasonality, and other factors. The Seller independently decides on fare changes, introduction or cancellation of special fares, and their terms. The Buyer accepts these conditions and agrees that tickets for the same trip may differ in price at different times.
The Buyer is solely responsible for all commission fees and other bank-imposed charges that may be added to the Ticket price or additional services by the credit or debit card issuer.
Banking services related to fund transfers under this Agreement are paid by the Party initiating the transfer.
The Buyer’s identifier is the email address and/or phone number provided during Ticket purchase.
Inquiries from the phone number/email address provided during purchase allow the Seller or Carrier to identify the User as the proper Party to this Agreement with corresponding rights and obligations, enabling actions regarding both the Agreement and the specific Ticket.
Inquiries from a different phone number and/or email address than provided during purchase entitle the Seller and Carrier to request additional identification from the Buyer as the proper Party to this Agreement.
If the Buyer cannot be identified as a Party to this Agreement, the Seller reserves the right to refuse to consider the inquiry.
The Buyer is responsible for maintaining access to the provided phone number and/or email address. The Passenger must be reachable at the provided phone number at least 12 hours before departure and throughout the trip. The Buyer bears all negative consequences if the Carrier or Seller cannot contact the Buyer and/or Passenger at the provided numbers.
Ticket refund conditions.
3.16.1. In the event of trip cancellation for any reason, the Seller refunds the full Ticket amount (100%) via the original payment method, or, if available, offers an alternative Ticket on the same or another Carrier’s trip.
3.16.2. For voluntary Ticket refunds initiated by the User, the Seller refunds the Buyer according to the formula: RR = TT – AQ – (TT × % SC) – (TT × % CR), where:
3.16.3. Refunds are processed within 14 business days from receipt of the request.
3.16.4. No refunds are issued for Tickets rescheduled to another date at the Buyer’s or Passenger’s request. Rescheduling is allowed only once.
3.16.5. Upon refund of the Ticket and its value, the User and Passenger waive all further claims against the Seller and Carrier.
Passenger and baggage transportation services are provided by the Carrier exclusively on the basis of a Ticket.
The Ticket constitutes a transport contract between the Passenger and the Carrier, granting the Passenger the right to use the vehicle and related services exclusively for the trip indicated on the Ticket.
The Ticket is a named document and cannot be transferred to another person.
The Ticket is valid from the moment of payment until the date and time of arrival at the destination indicated on it.
By receiving a Ticket issued in their name, the Passenger confirms awareness of and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement’s terms.
The Passenger undertakes to comply with these Transport Rules, customs regulations, and international law.
When purchasing a Ticket to a destination involving a transfer, the Buyer must independently ensure sufficient time for arrival and transfer. Recommended layover times are: 4 hours for domestic routes, 12 hours for international routes from scheduled arrival time. Arrival times indicated on the Ticket are approximate and do not constitute an essential term of the transport contract whose breach would entail legal consequences for the Carrier.
During boarding, the Passenger must present the Ticket for inspection along with an identity document. For international trips, the Passenger must also present documents permitting border crossing.
The Passenger must present documentation justifying any discount or benefit. If such documentation is absent, the Passenger may use the service only after paying the difference to the standard (non-discounted) fare.
The Passenger must retain the Ticket until arrival at the destination indicated on it.
If the Ticket is lost before departure, it may be reissued at the point of purchase.
The Ticket serves as confirmation of the insurance contract.
The Passenger must arrive for boarding at least 30 minutes before departure. After checking baggage, the Passenger must present all required documents and hand luggage to the Carrier’s representative (driver, inspector, etc.), who will assign a seat. If a seat is specified on the Ticket, the Passenger must occupy that seat.
The Carrier reserves the right to require the Passenger to occupy a different seat than indicated on the Ticket. Once seated, the Passenger must not obstruct other Passengers’ boarding.
The Carrier may change the bus or reassign seating during transport without prior notice—e.g., due to bus replacement or to ensure optimal travel quality. The bus layout shown during booking is for informational purposes only; seat and aisle arrangements may vary.
If the Passenger fails to appear for boarding at the time and location specified on the Ticket, the transport service agreement is deemed terminated by the Passenger’s initiative, and the Carrier reserves the right to sell the seat.
For safety reasons, accompanying persons and others (except Passengers) are not permitted in the bus cabin.
Children under 12 years of age are prohibited from sitting in seats adjacent to the driver.
The Carrier may temporarily or fully suspend passenger and baggage transportation services in the event of force majeure (e.g., adverse weather, natural disasters, epidemics, government actions, war, traffic accidents, bus breakdown, or threats to life/health) without refunding paid services.
The Carrier may stop the bus if life or health is threatened and resume travel once the situation is resolved.
In the event of bus breakdown during transport, the Buyer/Passenger has the right to:
The Carrier may deny boarding to a Passenger who appears intoxicated (alcohol/drugs), shows clear signs of contagious illness, wears soiled clothing, violates public conduct rules, or otherwise disturbs other Passengers. In such cases, no refund is issued, and the Carrier/crew bears no liability.
The Carrier may refuse transport during boarding or en route and disembark the Passenger at any point if they violate this Agreement, disrupt crew operations or Passenger comfort, or pose a safety risk. No refund is issued in such cases.
The Carrier may engage third parties to provide services covered by the transport contract.
The bus makes scheduled stops; their number and duration are announced by the crew. If a Passenger fails to return on time, the driver may proceed, and the Passenger must continue independently without compensation. The Carrier is not liable for baggage left on board. Such baggage is held for 2 days, then transferred to lost and found.
The schedule does not allocate time for Tax Free processing.
If optional onboard services (hot drinks, snacks, newspapers, movies, Wi-Fi, 220V outlets, pillows, blankets, toilet, air conditioning, etc.) are unavailable, the Passenger has no right to compensation.
The Carrier may install video surveillance systems in the bus cabin to ensure 24/7 passenger safety, in compliance with the UN Convention against Transnational Organized Crime and the Council of Europe Convention on Counter-Terrorism and Human Trafficking.
Written complaints sent to the Carrier’s legal address are reviewed within 30 days of receipt. If the complaint concerns services provided by partners, agents, or third parties on the Carrier’s behalf, the review period may be extended to 60 business days.
The Carrier is not liable for legal relations between the Passenger and crew before, during, or after transport—especially for services paid directly to crew members but not covered by this Agreement or Transport Rules. The Passenger resolves such disputes independently and may not file claims against the Carrier.
International routes are governed by the general terms in Section 4.1 and the additional terms in Section 4.2.
Before using international transport services, the Passenger must independently review current border crossing rules and required documentation.
During international bus transport, the Passenger must hold valid, properly issued documents for entry into destination and transit countries—and present them to the Carrier upon request—12 hours before border crossing, at the border, and for 12 hours after. Such documents may include:
Before international transport, the Carrier may verify the presence (but not authenticity) of required documents and deny transport to Passengers who fail to present them. The Carrier reserves the right to deny boarding without explanation if the passport or travel document is expired (including Ukrainian passports whose validity was extended after expiration). No refund is issued. The Carrier denies boarding to citizens of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus on routes to/from Romania, Bulgaria, and Turkey.
If the Passenger violates visa regulations (expired visa, passport replacement, etc.), the Carrier may refuse transport. If state authorities prohibit entry/exit, the Carrier may continue the route without the Passenger. No refund is issued.
The Carrier’s refusal to transport a Passenger who fails to present required documents does not obligate the Carrier to compensate for resulting losses.
If border control reveals missing or improperly issued documents causing losses to the Carrier, the Passenger must compensate all damages (fines, penalties, legal fees, etc.).
The Carrier is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages or fines related to transport refusal, delays, or missed connections under this Agreement or Transport Rules.
The Passenger bears full individual responsibility for violating laws of countries along the route. If detained for individual inspection/customs due to personal violations, the transport contract is deemed terminated, and the bus may depart without the Passenger. The service is considered fulfilled, the fare is non-refundable, and Passenger claims will not be honored.
The Carrier does not provide services and may refuse international transport to persons under 18 traveling without an adult legally authorized or entrusted to accompany them. In such cases, no refund is issued.
The Passenger must treat bus equipment with care and avoid damage. If damage occurs, the Passenger bears material liability and must compensate the Carrier for all losses.
If the bus is equipped with seat belts, the Passenger must fasten and use them properly. Non-compliance may result in a direct fine to the Passenger or an obligation to reimburse the Carrier if fined due to Passenger behavior. The Carrier is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to wear seat belts.
Use of the kettle is permitted only with the driver’s or steward’s permission during stops to prevent accidents.
When using the toilet, the Passenger must follow hygiene rules, avoid disposing of sanitary items or other objects, and refrain from actions that may cause premature tank filling.
During the trip, films and music may be offered. Considering diverse Passenger preferences, the Carrier reserves the right to select content but may consider Passenger input.
During stops, before leaving their seat, the Passenger must ensure the seatback is upright, the tray table is closed, and the footrest is stowed.
During travel, the Passenger is prohibited from:
For violations of bus conduct rules, the Carrier reserves the right to remove the Passenger from the trip without refund.
Each Passenger is entitled to one free baggage allowance:
Oversized or overweight baggage (exceeding 60×40×40 cm or 25 kg) may be accepted if space is available in the baggage compartment and for an additional fee. Such transport must be confirmed with the Carrier’s office at least 24 hours in advance.
Additional baggage is accepted only if space is available, must not exceed one standard baggage unit, and requires separate payment to the Carrier. Payment to the driver is prohibited. Available space is determined by the driver at boarding based on passenger load, seating, and other factors.
The Carrier is not liable for personal items or baggage stored in the cabin, including loss of money, jewelry, passports, securities, collectibles, scientific items, or other valuables not placed in the baggage compartment.
The Carrier is liable only for baggage formally accepted (i.e., for which a baggage tag was issued).
The Carrier is not liable for damage to fragile, perishable, improperly packed, or valuable items (money, documents, electronics, etc.) transported in the baggage compartment.
The Carrier is not liable for minor or superficial damage to registered baggage (e.g., broken wheels/handles, missing straps, scratches, dents, stains) resulting from normal wear and tear during travel.
Oversized items not confirmed with the office 24 hours in advance will not be accepted.
Bicycles may be transported only if disassembled, packed, and space is available—subject to prior confirmation with the Carrier’s office. The front wheel must be removed and packed separately. A disassembled and packed bicycle counts as two baggage units.
The Carrier is liable for lost baggage in the compartment only if Carrier fault is proven by the Passenger, up to a maximum of USD 100 per person, provided a claim is filed within 3 days of the bus departure.
Baggage posing a safety or health risk, or that may damage other baggage or the vehicle, is prohibited. The Carrier may refuse such baggage if the crew suspects it may cause delays at border/customs checkpoints. The Passenger may travel without it; this is considered a voluntary trip cancellation.
Animal transport is permitted only with Carrier approval and a separate Ticket (dedicated seat). Animals must be in approved carriers/containers (max. 2 animals). Dogs must wear muzzles and be leashed. All animals must be vaccinated, and the Passenger must present valid documentation. Animal transport is allowed only on inter-regional and international routes with border checkpoints permitting pet transport. The Carrier may refuse transport if the animal is aggressive, poses a risk, or disturbs other Passengers. Damage caused by the animal must be fully compensated by the Passenger, including fines and penalties.
A Passenger with excess baggage that cannot fit in the compartment and who refuses to travel forfeits the right to a refund. We recommend shipping excess baggage in advance when buses are less crowded.
The Carrier is not responsible for items or baggage left on the bus but will make reasonable efforts to return them via the nearest Carrier representative.
Bus staff may request to inspect baggage contents for security, customs compliance, or safety reasons. Refusal entitles staff to deny transport of the suspicious baggage.
If either Party fails to perform or improperly performs its obligations, the defaulting Party must compensate the other Party for proven damages, not exceeding the Ticket price.
The Buyer and Passenger understand and agree that the Seller and Carrier are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, fines, or inconveniences related to transport execution (including but not limited to delays, cancellations, missed connections, or other issues arising from transport).
The Seller is not liable for losses incurred by the Buyer/Passenger during travel to various destinations.
The Buyer agrees that access to transport services and information is at their own risk. Failure to review this Agreement or Transport Rules does not exempt the Buyer from liability for non-compliance or entitle them to claim damages from the Seller or Carrier.
The Seller and Carrier are not liable for Ticket loss or damages resulting from bus delays causing missed connections.
The Seller and Carrier are not liable in cases specified in this Agreement and Transport Rules, including but not limited to Passenger transport refusals as defined herein.
If the Buyer purchases a Ticket for a third party (Passenger), the Buyer must compensate that person for any damages resulting from the Passenger’s unawareness of this Agreement’s terms due to the Buyer’s fault.
The Buyer must compensate the Carrier for all damages, fines, and expenses incurred due to the Buyer’s and/or Passenger’s failure to comply with this Agreement and Transport Rules.
The Parties grant mutual consent for the processing of their personal data.
Personal data may be processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling this Agreement in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR/Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and Ukrainian law.
The Parties shall take all necessary measures to protect the personal data of customers obtained or disclosed in connection with the performance of this Agreement.
The Seller is exempt from liability for partial or full non-performance of obligations if caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, political/technological events, war, state of emergency, government actions that prohibit or prevent performance) that the Parties could not foresee, are beyond their control, and directly affect performance under this Agreement.
Upon occurrence of force majeure events (per 7.1), the Seller shall notify the Buyer or Passenger by any available means, specifying the nature of the circumstances preventing performance.
If force majeure events persist for 3 consecutive months without signs of cessation, either Party may terminate this Agreement by notifying the other Party.
In case of breach by either Party, the other Party may file a lawsuit. The court jurisdiction shall be determined in accordance with Ukrainian law.
All matters not regulated by this Agreement shall be governed by Ukrainian law.
Disputes arising from this Agreement at the Buyer’s initiative shall be considered by the court at the Seller’s location, following pre-trial claim procedures. Written claims must be sent to the Seller’s address and are reviewed within one month of receipt, unless otherwise required by Ukrainian law.
This Agreement governs only the purchase of the Ticket selected by the Buyer, which serves as evidence of the transport contract governed by this Agreement and the Transport Rules published on the Carrier’s website.
The Agreement number corresponds to the purchased Ticket number. The Agreement date is the date of payment for the Ticket.
This Agreement is valid from the moment the Buyer receives a confirmation message for Ticket payment / electronic Ticket and remains in effect until the transport service is fully provided.
All legal relations arising from or related to this Agreement—including validity, conclusion, performance, amendment, termination, interpretation, and consequences of invalidity or breach—are governed by this Agreement, applicable Ukrainian law, and customary business practices based on good faith, reasonableness, and fairness.
The current version of this Public Offer Agreement becomes effective on September 25, 2025.
The Buyer may amend or terminate the Agreement and request a refund under the terms specified herein.
If the Buyer and/or Passenger unilaterally refuses to initiate or continue transport, it is deemed a unilateral termination of the transport contract, services are considered rendered, and the Parties waive all mutual claims.
The Seller may terminate this Agreement at any time at its own initiative by sending a notice to the Buyer’s email address provided during booking.
