How can I change the date of my trip?

The ticket can be rebooked to another date at least one day before departure, subject to availability. A ticket can only be rebooked once and the money for the rebooked ticket is non-refundable.
Are there discounts for students, pensioners or other categories of people?

Currently, discounts are only valid for children, 0-6 years (inclusive) - 50% discount, 6-12 years (inclusive) - 20% discount. But we are constantly changing our loyalty program, so stay tuned for updates)
Do I need to print my tickets?

You do not need to print tickets, you can show them to the driver on your mobile phone.
How long before departure does boarding start?

Boarding usually begins 15-20 minutes prior to departure. For a comfortable start to your journey, we recommend arriving at the station early to allow time for check-in and ticket collection. It is recommended that you arrive no later than 30 minutes before departure. This will ensure that you can complete all the necessary procedures before your journey.
Is it possible to find out about delays in advance?

In the event of a bus delay, we always inform our passengers. You will receive an SMS or Viber notification with the exact time of the delay. You may also receive a call from our operator to clarify the details. We do our best to keep you informed and comfortable, even in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Can I book two seats for a single person?

Yes, you can book two seats for one person on the same flight. However, the cost of an additional seat will be calculated without discount and will be the same as the cost of a standard ticket. This will allow you to travel in greater comfort and have additional space during your trip.
What are the baggage restrictions during the trip?

The ticket price includes one hand baggage up to 5 kg (linear dimensions not exceeding 100 cm), one main baggage up to 25 kg (linear dimensions not exceeding 160 cm) and one additional baggage item per passenger at the cost of 10% of the adult ticket price.

Hand luggage (HL)	1 units. The linear dimensions of the HL should not exceed 100 cm (height + width + length). Maximum weight - 5 kg. HL is located under the passenger seat or on the luggage rack. It is forbidden to place the HL in the aisle of the bus.
Standard luggage (СБМ)	1 units. The linear dimensions of the SBM should not exceed 160 cm (height + width + length), including wheels, pockets and handles. Maximum weight – 23 кг.
Baby carriage	1 units. For transportation of a child under 3 years old who is a passenger of this bus on the selected flight. Counts as 1 piece of baggage and is transported in the baggage compartment folded and with wheels securely packed (as packaging, you can use a case, plastic film or other dense material)
Wheelchair	1 units. For a passenger who is a person with a disability. Counts as 1 piece of baggage and is transported in the baggage compartment, folded and with wheels securely packed/ (case, plastic film and other dense material can be used as packaging).

Extra baggage (international flight):	Standard luggage (400.00 грн) Linear dimensions should not exceed 160 cm (height + width + length), including wheels, pockets and handles. Maximum weight - 23 kg. It is possible to purchase 1 additional piece of baggage per passenger
Animals (with provision of a separate seat) (100% of the cost of an adult ticket)	If you want to take an animal with you, it must be placed in a cage with a solid bottom, the linear dimensions of which will not exceed 110 cm. Familiarize yourself with the rules for crossing the state border for animals, the necessary certificates and documents are indicated there. You must have them when you board and on the way. Your animal should be placed by the window, your place is closer to the aisle. A full ticket is purchased per animal.
Bike (400.00 грн)	Bicycles are accepted folded and with securely packed wheels (you can use a cover, plastic wrap and other dense material as packaging).
Oversized (%)	Transportation of oversized baggage is carried out only in agreement with the carrier. The price is negotiated upon coordination of transportation (if there is free space in the luggage compartment).
