“Travel Profitably with LikeBus” is a loyalty program for our passengers that makes every trip even more rewarding. You automatically become a participant once you register on the LikeBus website and purchase your first ticket online. From then on, you will earn bonus points for every subsequent trip, which can be used to pay for future journeys.

Participation Conditions

Who can participate?
Every passenger registered on the website or in the Like Bus app who purchases tickets online can participate. No additional actions are required — it is enough to have a personal account and book tickets online. Participation in the loyalty program is free and automatic: bonuses are credited starting from your very first ticket purchase on the website.

Bonus Points Accrual

How to earn bonuses?
For each ticket purchased on the website, you receive 6% of its price in bonus points. One bonus point equals 1 UAH. For example, if the ticket price is 500 UAH, 30 bonus points will be credited to your bonus account. Points are credited immediately after successful payment and become available in your personal account.

Additional services.
We aim to reward you not only for tickets but also for other paid services that make your trip more comfortable. In the near future, bonuses will also be credited for purchasing additional services. This means that over time you will earn bonus points for all your travel expenses with LikeBus.

Using Bonuses

How to use points?
Accumulated bonus points can be used to pay for future trips. If you have enough points, you can cover up to 50% of the ticket price for your next journey. In the future, bonus points will also be accepted as payment for additional services. You decide whether to use your points immediately or save them for greater benefits.

Important:
Bonus points cannot be exchanged for cash — they can only be used to pay for LikeBus services. At the same time, bonus points do not expire: they never lose their validity over time. You can accumulate them as long as you wish and use them whenever it is convenient.

Personal Account and Notifications

Track your bonus balance.
Your current bonus balance is displayed in your LikeBus personal account. Each passenger can check the number of accumulated points and view the history of accruals and redemptions at any time.

Notifications after purchase.
After each ticket purchase, you will receive a confirmation message (email or SMS) indicating how many bonus points were credited for that trip. This way, you will always stay informed about your bonus balance and can plan how to best use your earned points for future travel.

Special Promotions and Offers

More bonuses during holidays.
We regularly run special promotions for loyalty program members to make traveling with LikeBus even more profitable. For example, during holidays or periods of low demand, you may receive additional bonus points for ticket purchases. Follow our social media pages to stay updated.

Situational rewards.
The program also includes bonuses for special occasions. For instance, when launching a new route, we may credit additional bonus points to the first passengers — such as 100 bonus points for your first trip on a new route. We announce such offers separately.

Hand luggage (HL)	1 units. The linear dimensions of the HL should not exceed 100 cm (height + width + length). Maximum weight - 5 kg. HL is located under the passenger seat or on the luggage rack. It is forbidden to place the HL in the aisle of the bus.
Standard luggage (СБМ)	1 units. The linear dimensions of the SBM should not exceed 160 cm (height + width + length), including wheels, pockets and handles. Maximum weight – 23 кг.
Baby carriage	1 units. For transportation of a child under 3 years old who is a passenger of this bus on the selected flight. Counts as 1 piece of baggage and is transported in the baggage compartment folded and with wheels securely packed (as packaging, you can use a case, plastic film or other dense material)
Wheelchair	1 units. For a passenger who is a person with a disability. Counts as 1 piece of baggage and is transported in the baggage compartment, folded and with wheels securely packed/ (case, plastic film and other dense material can be used as packaging).

Extra baggage (international flight):	Standard luggage (400.00 грн) Linear dimensions should not exceed 160 cm (height + width + length), including wheels, pockets and handles. Maximum weight - 23 kg. It is possible to purchase 1 additional piece of baggage per passenger
Animals (with provision of a separate seat) (100% of the cost of an adult ticket)	If you want to take an animal with you, it must be placed in a cage with a solid bottom, the linear dimensions of which will not exceed 110 cm. Familiarize yourself with the rules for crossing the state border for animals, the necessary certificates and documents are indicated there. You must have them when you board and on the way. Your animal should be placed by the window, your place is closer to the aisle. A full ticket is purchased per animal.
Bike (400.00 грн)	Bicycles are accepted folded and with securely packed wheels (you can use a cover, plastic wrap and other dense material as packaging).
Oversized (%)	Transportation of oversized baggage is carried out only in agreement with the carrier. The price is negotiated upon coordination of transportation (if there is free space in the luggage compartment).
