Спасибо за отличную поездку!Особо хочу отметить водителя Михаила номер автобуса 6076 Рейс Киев -Сумы.Так сложилось немного опаздывала на автобус водитель без нервов и проблем подождал,в автобусе чисто и тепло что очень важно! Вазращаясь темже маршрутом только уже с другим водителем в бусе было так холодно что мне казалось нос отвалится!

Здравствуйте! Была поездка на Автобусе: чёрный Мерседес ВМ4766СА, такого ужаса я ещё не встречала, водителю наплевать на всех кроме себя, думала больше не буду ездить Элит Экспресс, НО ездила дважды с водителем Михаил ! В автобусе тепло , пахнет, ухоженный вид машины , комфортно ! В первую очередь он всегда думает за людей ! Быстро , качественно и без грубиянства как у автобуса которого я указала выше , буду Рада пользоваться вашими перевозками, спасибо за комфорт и отдельное спасибо Михаилу , вернул доверие к Элит Экспресс одной поездкой Автобус: белый Мерседес ВМ4752АА.

Wheelchair	1 units. For a passenger who is a person with a disability. Counts as 1 piece of baggage and is transported in the baggage compartment, folded and with wheels securely packed/ (case, plastic film and other dense material can be used as packaging).

Animals (with provision of a separate seat) (100% of the cost of an adult ticket)	If you want to take an animal with you, it must be placed in a cage with a solid bottom, the linear dimensions of which will not exceed 110 cm.
