Сьогодні 06.02.2022 скористався послугами перевізника "Денисівка". Їхав з м. Хмельницький до м. Умань. Придбав завчасно квиток on-line. Автобус Mercedes-Benz СЕ 5027 СО сполученням "Чернівці - Запоріжжя" комфортний з чистим та охайним салоном, спинки сидіння відкидаються. Їхали згідно розкладу, жодних затримок. Водії ввічливі та привітні. Я навіть квиток не встиг завантажити на телефоні, як мене запитали ім'я і ласкаво запросили до автобусу. Не знаю, чому пишуть у коментарях, що водії неохоче беруть тих людей, які придбали квиток в інтернеті. Це загальноєвропейська практика і сьогоднішня моя подорож показала, що все гаразд і жодних проблем чи прискіпливого ставлення з боку водіїв я не відчув, а навпаки, вони люб'язно відгукнулися на моє прохання висадити мене раніше пункту призначення, уточнивши перед цим автобусну зупинку і населений пункт по маршруту руху. За що окреме їм ЛЮДСЬКЕ ДЯКУЮ!!! І не потрібно на всіх водіїв писати, що вони лише заглядають тобі в рота і дивляться на тебе, як на гаманець. Чудова поїздка, чудовий настрій, приємні враження! Відгук написаний особисто мною в реальному часі, я не бот і ніхто мені за це не платив. Водії знаходяться на своєму місці, вправно керують транспортним засобом, ввічливо та порядно поводяться з людьми. Так тримати!!!

When should I arrive at the station to board the bus?

We recommend arriving 30 minutes before departure to allow time to go through security, check your luggage, and take your seat.

What are the rules for rescheduling a ticket?

A ticket can be rescheduled only once, free of charge.
No later than 24 hours before departure.
Rescheduling is subject to seat availability and technical feasibility.
Once rescheduled, the ticket is non-refundable.
To change the date, you must submit a request via email to customer support.

How long do I have to pay after booking?

What baggage is included in the ticket price?

The ticket price includes one suitcase with maximum dimensions of 80×50×30 cm and one small piece of hand luggage.

Animals (with provision of a separate seat) (100% of the cost of an adult ticket)	If you want to take an animal with you, it must be placed in a cage with a solid bottom, the linear dimensions of which will not exceed 110 cm. Familiarize yourself with the rules for crossing the state border for animals, the necessary certificates and documents are indicated there. You must have them when you board and on the way. Your animal should be placed by the window, your place is closer to the aisle. A full ticket is purchased per animal.
